Mission Statement
To stay abreast of any upcoming state One-Call legislative activity and positively affect that legislation by promoting the adoption of the NTDPC Model State One-Call law in order to reduce underground facility damages.
2019 Initiatives 1.) To review the Model and ensure that it is up to date considering current technology and other legislative advances.
2.) To support the creation of One-Call legislation in all Canadian provinces. Sub-Committee Chair
