Mission Statement
To stay abreast of any upcoming state One-Call legislative activity and positively affect that legislation by promoting the adoption of the NTDPC Model State One-Call Bill in order to reduce underground facility damages.
2012 Goals
1.) To review the Model and ensure that it is up to date considering current technology and other legislative advances.
2.) To ensure that the NTDPC is represented on all committees across the country that are actively engaged in revising / enhancing current One-Call or damage prevention legislation.
3.) To support the creation of One-Call legislation in all Canadian provinces.
