Mission Statement

NTSCF will continue seeking ways to further share useful information on common One-Call Center concerns and to seek joint solutions by interfacing with groups such as OCSI.

2012 Goals

1.) Focus on One Call Center Ticket Quality Analysis and Cost.

2.) Focus on positive response to the One-Call Center.

3.) Solutions for Large project process with One Call Center (GA, PA, MI); Collaborating together and present ideas to the one call before they finalize process.
